„Basically, the studio was fine, it was clean and the service was good. Unfortunately, it rained in during a stormy night, we woke up in the middle of the night and water was dripping all over the TV and all the electronic devices. I found this very dangerous, especially for the children. When I contacted the studio management, they were concerned, but no immediate action was taken. I asked for a refund, but they simply stopped responding. Therefore, not recommended!“

„Beautiful condo/apartment, right off the water near pier 2 for the ferry. Slept 4 people comfortably and was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do, as well as the ferry which was a short trip to Varenna, Tremezzo, San Giovanni, etc. I choose this specifically because I was traveling with a type 1 diabetic and it had afforded all the conveniences that were needed, including small fridge, electric stove, dishes etc, and a small market nearby. „Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. “

„On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. „We loved our stay at this apt. The online description is accurate with a few changes to the furnishings. The apt is close to everything. The view through the windows is amazing! „It’s a very nice apartment with underground car park. The parking alone is a great usp in Lugano. Modern, clean and equipped with all you. There is even a Nespresso machine with some tabs. However, you should bring your own coffee tabs as I didn't like the ones offered - but that is a question of personal taste. Full kitchen, fridge, freezer, water kettle etc.. Full five stars. We enjoyed our stay there. If I would make recommendation I would invest in a new mattress. The one there is too soft ...

„The property is two separate locations. It says its a two bedroom apartment and there is just a one bedroom studio. Its not clear which you are getting. The bed in the one bedroom which we got stuck with is really uncomfortable and there is no space to do anything in that room. I felt pretty frustrated as i thought the space was going to be bigger because of the pictures shown in the ad. “

„Lovely apartment 15 minutes walk from the lake via shops, bars and restaurants, it is only 7 minutes walk from Como Borghi railway station. The apartment (on the second floor and accesses via 2 flights of stairs) had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. Rent all Como were great agents throughout the booking/arrival process and the welcome gift on arrival was a particularly nice touch. We would certainly stay again if we return to Como.“
