„This facility is in need of a remodel. It is showing its age and really needs a face lift. The staff is was exceptional. There was a problem with our first room and we were moved to a room for the night. The next morning we were moved to a room comparable to what was book. The staff is doing the best in a facility that needs help. This is my third stay on the past 6 months. It is convenient and the staff is great.“

„Checked into room only to find out the plumbing at the hotel was being worked on and there was no water until later in our rooms. Once the water came on, it was brown until the next morning. Out relatives had to change rooms because their toilet was not working and the room smelled like sewage. I couldn't sleep in my bed because the broken bed frame was repaired by someone who never did carpentry ever before... There was three 2x4s in the center of the bed, causing the mattress to have a high ...

„Lifttüre ging mal zur Hälfte, mal ganz auf. Man konnte sie dann mit der Hand öffnen. Überall war immer etwas Dreck. In unserem Nichtraucherzimmer roch es nach kaltem Rauch. Insgesamt eher nicht empfehlenswert. Ich würde nie wieder gehen“

„Our room toilet was sluggish, then was completely clogged. I talked to Noah, the front-office staff, asking for it to be unclogged while we are out. When we returned 4 or 5 hours later, no work had been done. When I talked again with Noah, he said there was "no mechanic" working today (a Sunday). I asked for a different room. It took 3 hours for him to get us another room. Also, the motel was basically for transients and drug addicts.“

„Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?“

„Das Zimmer war sauber aber sehr einfach eingerichtet. Das Waschbecken befand sich im Zimmer und nicht im Bad. Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Die Umgebung hingegen war sehr ruhig. “
