„Had to pay $20 a day to park, pool was broken and not fixed during my entire 3days stay, the elevator broke the second day, had to take the stairs from the 6th floor. Staff are horrible. The AC in my room broke from the first night, my room was changed the second night. All this kids from Sheraton hotel at the price they charging was a very unpleasant suprise and a huge disappointment. Don’t ever use this hotel, you will hate yourself for wasting money“

„I loved the staff. Everyone was polit and very professional. The hotel was beautiful. What I didn't like was that the room had torn curtains at the window, and also around the canopy. The drapes that were around the canopy bed had blood on it as well. They upgraded me to a even bigger room, I thought it was beautiful as well the only issue was the cracked glass in the shower. Overall nice place and a great experience. I suggest for you to check the entire room.“

„I highly recommend that the breakfast buffet gets rearranged. The cream cheese was located under the heating system where it was obviously being heated every morning. I got the worst food poisoning I have had in many years. Furthermore, the heating system in the rooms seems old and very noisy. “

„Es geht so, verglichen mit dem ersten Aufenthalt war der zweite schlechter. Aufräumen des Zimmers und ersetzen von Duschmittel scheint schwierig zu sein. Trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation an der Rezeption hat sich die Situation nicht verbessert. An einem Samstag wurde gar nichts im Zimmer gemacht. “

„Das Hotel war in Ordnung. Allerdings waren die Parkgebühren mit 20 USD am Tag schon recht gesalzen und das zusätzlich zu den bereits relativ hohen Kosten. Allerdings gab es kostenlose Kekse (manchmal erst auf Nachfrage). Damit kann man zumindest das Frühstück ersetzen...“

„This was our first time staying at the hotel and it did not disappoint! My boyfriend and I chose the queen sized room. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was a small space however, we loved the vibe. The hotel’s decor was interesting and beautiful. We loved the location and parking was easy. This place is a definite when we need to spend the night in Baltimore. 😊“
