5 Sterne Hotels Pontecagnano

„Das Hotel liegt in exponierter Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von Salerno. Leider sind einige Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt wäre es ein gelungener Aufenthalt gewesen, wenn wir nicht ein Zimmer mit Verbindungstür erhalten hätten, die jedes Wort aus dem Nachbarzimmer durchgelassen hatte, sodass keinerlei Privatsphäre möglich war. Unseren Beschwerden wurde zwar nachgegangen, und nach drei Nächten und weiteren Beschwerden haben wir ein Upgrade in eine höhere Zimmerkategorie ...

„Dass man am Frühstücksbuffett einen zweiten Kaffee bezahlen muss, hab ich noch nie erlebt. Kein Wasser oder Kaffee im Zimmer. Nachts sehr laut.“

„This hotel offers an experience I haven’t had before. Every step of checking in was planned and perfect as such! We had a lemonade and got a tour of the hotel - history lesson included ;) Then we had a spa appointment (included in the stay) that was wonderful with little stations of relaxation! They offered shuttle services to and from Amalfi, the Breakfast was superb & we had little presents on the bed each night. All in all we were in awe of the Hotel and it’s services!“

„A beautifully renovated hotel and property; all of the staff were wonderful and made us very welcome. The views really are stunning and the terraced hotel takes full advantage at every floor of that view! It was the end of the season and so things were winding down which resulted in a few of the menu items being unavailable or missing a main ingredient —like a Niçoise salad without the listed tuna—or no available basil. „Staying at Borgo Santandrea offered a new perspective of the Amalfi coast experience. The hotel is gorgeous, recently renovated and everything sparkles tastefully. The property is midway between Amalfi and Positano, on the water, so away from the bustle of the crowds. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the food experience is incredible. Maurizio, the owner and general manager, is always nearby, keeping a charming and graceful halo over the experience. I can’t wait to return! “

„Ich gebe nur an der Struktur 5 Sterne. Schönes und sauberes Hotel. Leider gebe ich für alles andere 3 Sterne. Schlechtes Frühstück für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. An der Rezeption fragten wir nach Badetüchern, sie sagten uns 3 € pro Handtuch, dann verlangte ein anderes Personal 10 € pro Handtuch. dann haben wir sie am Ende für 3 € bekommen. Sogar für das Zimmer, das wir bestellt hatten, sagten sie uns, dass es für Singles sei, FALSCH, nur weil sie uns ein Zimmer geben wollten, das mehr kostete.  ...

„Das Hotel und die Anlage ist wirklich schön! Wenn man wie wir kein italienisch spricht, tut man sich schwer, da die meisten Mitarbeiter kaum bis kein englisch sprechen bzw. verstehen. Der Strandabschnitt und der dazugehörige Beach Club ist sehr schön und man kann sich wunderbar erholen. Leider wurden unsere Handtücher und auch Seifen etc. jeden Tag erneut obwohl wir diese nicht auf den Boden gelegt haben. Da gibt es in Sachen Umweltfreundlichkeit noch Luft nach oben.
