„A fantastic overnight stay with stunning views from our balcony ! The room (deluxe suite seaview) was spacious,bright and cheerful with a large balcony facing Mt.Etna.The check in and check was fast friendly and efficient. The food at breakfast was 1st class !“

„Great location, with very nice pool & breakfast service personnel. Breakfast food is great, the restaurant is nice, but the cocktails are not up to the quality standards. Unfortunately the front desk also is not up to the 5* quality. They are quite difficult to communicate with - e.g. they will tell you they will call when the taxi is there and never do (we had to pay extra because he had to wait so long). We asked for housekeeping not to come in every day, they still did. Overall front desk ...

„The most incredible hotel in Taormina. I have stayed in the other two and the Palazzo Vecchio is by far the best. It is situated beautifully above and set back from the main promenade and has the finest rooftop terrace I have experienced. The staff - especially the restaurant were wonderfully accommodating. Our room was gorgeous, large and incredibly well-furnished. Bravo!“

„Insgesamt alles positiv. Bei den 5 Sternen muss man wohl die Landeskriterien mit berücksichtigen (Zimmer haben beispielsweise keine Sitzgelegenheiten, beim Frühstücksbuffet muss man bei der einzigen Kaffeemaschine für 100 Personen ein wenig Geduld mitbringen). Essen oder Trinken von außerhalb mitbringen ist lt. Schild am Eingang nicht erlaubt (wir haben uns nicht dran gehalten). Das Wichtigste jedoch: Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.“
