„Der Komplex ist riesig und die Beschreibung beim Check-in war ungenügend. Das Parkhaus ist in einem anderen Tower, um in die Wohnung zu kommen muss mühsam zu Fuss der Tower gewechselt werden. Die Anlage ist alt und heruntergekommen, es gab kein Warmwasser. Positiv sind die Aussicht und die Beach. “

„Das Hotel ist riesig, Massen von Leuten am Frühstücksbüffet, am Pool und beim Einchecken. Nicht unser Fall aber für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sicher ganz okay. Am Pool hat es viel zu wenig Sonnenschirme, wenn man nicht am Morgen schon reserviert, hat man keine Chance im Schatten zu sitzen. Pool macht einen eher unsauberen Eindruck. In der Lobby laufen die Leute in Bikinis rum obwohl Kleider erwünscht wären. Zimmer gross aber in die Tage gekommen und überall unhygienische Teppiche! “

„We stay in the Myrtel beach hotel as a familie for 3 days. It was an well-spoken good stay. The staff was helpfull, the food was good, and the apartment was clean with a wonderfull view on the ocean. “

„The rooms looked old. The beds were comfortable, TV was nice size but the furniture was old and rug was old and dirty looking. Didn't care for ALL the NO smoking signs. That tells me that they have had major issues with people smoking in the rooms. I'm not a smoker but that was a strong indication to me that they had issues in the past.“

„To make the story short the hotel is dirty. As the hotel is so called pet friendly... dogs are everywhere and of course they poo and pee everywhere too. Not nice to walk barfood over a lawn which was used by dogs as a toilette. Sad, the hotel has potential for a better standard. For what we got it was overpriced. I wouldn't choose it anymore.“

„Die Anlage und das Hotel sind in einem guten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein 5 jähriges Kind. Leider fehlten zum Beispiel Fußhocker an den Waschbecken. Die Lüftungsanlage im Bad war defekt und klapperte 24h/Tag Das Personal war super freundlich und der Poolbereich sowie der Strandzugang waren auch in einem guten Zustand. Alles war sehr sauber. An vielen Ecken sieht man aber, dass die Anlage schon älter ist. Abgeplatzter Putz an den Wänden und Flecken ...

„The condo was very nice and very clean! The elevator did smell obnoxiously of cigarette smoke. I did like the key code to get in the elevator area. There was allot of strip noise even for out of season. Overall, it’s a very nice property and the condo itself was very nice!“
