„The listing says there is a grill…there in fact was not a grill the microwave wasn’t working…the host asked for 3 drivers names to let the front know before we check in…he in fact did not and there was an 1hour wait to actually check into the property “

„So Orlando renters has 9 tiers of property, yet they don't explain what they are. Not on their website or Expedia. Expedia looks like it's based on # of rooms but "value plus" is a stained carpet dirty baseboards, broken blinds, no grass just dirt home that doesn't match the quality in the photos. The people at Orlando Renters were nice, but the property manager was rude. Not sure I'd book with them again. Beware that unless it's executive or higher, expect a less than impressive home ...
