About the hotel: the hotel is located 6 or 7 stops by tram (ticket costs 1.50) from the main train station, the area looks friendly, there is a large supermarket only about 200 meters away, but there are also a few other late night shops.
The hotel itself is 2* and for a 2* it's actually pleasant (but more on that later).
The reception is in the basement (-1), the lady there was friendly.
You then go up a flight of stairs (no elevator) ...

„The room smelled of mould and showed several signs of moisture damage and poor maintenance. In the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the towel radiator was damp and leaking water, and there was visible mould in the rooms.“
„Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Das Zentrum war zu Fuß gut und schnell erreichbar. Frühstücksbuffet mit guter Auswahl. Parken sonntags am Straßenrand kostenlos. Der Fahrstuhl war erst über eine kleine Treppe erreichbar. Würde das Hotel für einen Städtetrip jederzeit wieder buchen!“
„This hotel is very old. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived. The room was old a dingy, did not feel clean. The bathroom was dirty and the shower drain was plugged. The air conditioner was not working and the wifi did not work during our stay. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Not worth the money we paid.“
