Step through the sliding glass doors onto the large upper deck that holds a new stainless steel gas grill (seasonal), picnic table for dining alfresco, and modern Adirondack chairs perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and watching the sun set over the Pacific horizon. There is also an additional entry deck that is great for relaxing in the sun or getting some shade. The upper floor includes a bedroom with a new queen mattress, and a full bath.

The downstairs also includes a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with two queen size beds.
