Rezeption sehr freundliches Personal, jeweils 1 Gläschen Sekt zum Empfang und jeweils einen Gutschein für Rumpunsch im Doolittle. Schönes großes Appartment mit großem Balkon und traumhaften Blick über die Marigot Bay.

Sehr guter Ausblick. Sehr laut, da neben der Strasse und der Verkehr ist ab 5h bis 6h Morgens überaus störend. Das Restaurant ist gut, allerdings sind die Preise völlig ungerechtfertigt.

Über alles war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die meisten Angestellten war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Leitungsangestellte der Reception liess an Freundlichkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. (der 1. Eindruck ist so wichtig! Man bekommt nie eine 2. Chance für einen 1. Einsruck!!) Auch der ältere Chauffeur des Shuttlebusses war sehr unfreundlich. Schade für all die anderen Mitarbeiter.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Secrets St. Lucia Resort 7/30-8/2 Thursday to Sunday. Prior to our arrival, I upgraded us from the basic king room to the ocean view King suite in the preferred club. Originally, I wanted a swim up or a plunge pool, but the room we upgraded to was nice. The view was beautiful. The service was great unfortunately preferred club only allows you to get top shelf drinks from two places on property the preferred club lounge and the preferred club pool bar. I would say because the property is so large, that is a bit of an inconvenience, but you do have the option of having your concierge bring you your drinks if you’re at the pool or by the beach. We tried that, but sometimes they didn’t respond back to you. Other than that, the property was well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and the staff was very accommodating. St. Lucia is a gorgeous island with Rodney Bay/Gros Islet being located in the North where the resort is. However, while you’re there, you must travel to the south to see the magnificent beauty of the Pitons near Sugar Beach. It is breathtaking. We will definitely be open to visiting St Lucia again. So much to do we couldn’t cover it all in one trip.

As an all inclusive it reaffirmed that I won’t spend money on it again. Drinks were cheap versions, restaurants were mediocre and staff were surprisingly unfriendly. Would not choose this again as too remote and amenities were minimal to make more than a 2-3 day stay a chore.
