Rooms do not meet 4 star category. Beds quite hard and uncomfortable in my opinion

Er had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely beautiful and very convenient. There were plenty of parking options available, which made everything so much easier. One of the best parts for me was how dog-friendly the hotel is. From the moment we arrived, our dog was warmly welcomed — she even got tasty treats at check-in! It was such a lovely touch. The staff were outstanding — friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The service across the board was excellent. We especially appreciated the warm welcome at the reception and the attentive service throughout our stay. The nice guy in Restaurant prepared chandle night dinner with champagne for us! We chose to have breakfast in our room, and it was a great experience. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail really stood out. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back! Amazing location with a charming view!

L´architecture du bâtiment est magnifique. L´emplacement de l´hotel au coeur de la ville est appréciable. La présence d´un parking privé au sein de l'hotel est pratique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié. La litterie est confortable Cependant, nous tenons à souligner quelques points/manques importants, qui nous ont surpris dans un hotel à "quatre Etoiles": Tout d´abord, la qualité de l´acceuil à l´entrée varie beaucoup avec la personne, située derrière le guichet et se cantonne au strict minimum. Mais c´est surtout l´état de la chambre (Suite-confort) qui nous a fortement surpris/ interloqué. La suite est spacieuse mais aurait besoin fortement d´être rénovée: -le canapé est très fatigué, affaissé et bruyant. -le mini-bar-frigo repose sur deux lattes de bois brutes. -Plâtre manquant -trous de percage apparents dans la salle de douche. Mais ce qui est le plus choquant par rapport au prix de la prestation, est le manque de propreté et de soins en ce qui concer le ménage et la préparation du lit. Une couche de poussière, par endroits très épaisse et incrustée, recouvre, par exemple, le haut du carrelage mural dans la salle de douche, la tête de lit, le dessous des meubles et tous autres recoins cachés. Les armatures de douche sont très entârtrées, avec des dépôts noirs dans la douche et sur les parties métalliques. En conclusion, nous avons été relativement décus par la prestation de l´hotel. Nous n´avons pas obtenu la qualité de service attendue pour le prix payé!

Die Zimmer sind altbacken und heruntergekommen. Wir hatten an der Decke beim 2. Doppelbett schwarzen Schimmel. Der Teppich ist eine Katastrophe. Für 4 Personen gab es nur 2 Handtücher. Man kann aber relativ gut parken und die Betten waren okay. Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, für mehr würde ich das Hotel auch nicht empfehlen.
