Best hotel service & food we've ever had. They made it easy to feel completely comfortable. Great ambiente, nice Boutique hotel, where you can really enjoy vacation. Nice beach with snorkeling tour offered every day. We'll definitely plan to come back.

Das Hotel ist architektonisch ein Highlight. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr warmherzig, zuvorkommend und höflich. Alle Miarbeiter kümmern sich mit höchster Aufmerksamkeit um ihre Gäste. Sanjeev leitet das gesamte Team am Strand und Pool vorbildlich, ist extrem verantworungsvoll und immer Ansprechpartner für alle Gäste. Die Gastronomie hat in der Qualität manchmal Schwächen, ist jedoch gutgemeinter Kritik zugänglich. Das Rooftop Restaurant habe ich nur einmal besucht und danach wegen mangelnder Aufmerksamkeit des Personals gemieden. Insgesamt habe ich mich als Gast sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanke mich für den schönen Aufenthalt.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Trou aux Biches Beachcomber and wholeheartedly recommend this resort. As a first-time mom traveling overseas with my baby, I was initially nervous about whether we’d be able to enjoy the trip. However, this resort made everything so much easier right from our arrival. All of our luggage was delivered directly to our room by golf cart, and since they already knew we were traveling with a baby, the room was thoughtfully prepared with a crib, changing table, baby bathtub, and even a complimentary toy placed on the bed. We were also provided with freshly cooked baby food purees on request—of any ingredients we wanted, depending on availability. What impressed us most was the flexibility: whether we were at the beach, by the pool, in the restaurant, or in our room, they were happy to bring the food wherever we needed it. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, often stopping by to play with our son or check if we needed anything. One evening, they even surprised us with a cake and drinks to celebrate our anniversary—such a thoughtful gesture! Before our departure, we faced a long 16-hour night flight and asked for a late check-out. Although it’s subject to availability, the team made a real effort to accommodate us. Unfortunately, my stay in your hotel was a bit disappointing. Compared to other 5-star hotels, there are better ones for me. Especially compared to the Trou aux Biches Beachcomber Hotel, the Dinarobin does not live up to my expectations of the Beachcomber hotel chain. The atmosphere was kind of cold - I didn't really feel welcome. The food was average & some of the staff members made a rather less motivated, partly unfriendly impression. The resort is very big and well maintained, but I wish the quality would not suffer from the - in my eyes exaggerated - size of the hotel. The bedroom is big, the bathroom I think would not hurt a little renovation.
