Zimmer sind Mini aber der Room Service ist gut! Frühstück ist so lala wer auf Suppe am Morgen steht! Man fühlt sich unerwünscht!!!! Kein Lächeln oder Guten Morgen! Kaffee ist top! Alles ist gut zu erreichen! Keine 4 Sterne!!!

Gute Anbindung zum Bahnhof und in die jeweiligen Zentren

I had a pleasant stay at Shilla Stay Guro. The room was on the smaller side, but that’s to be expected in a major city like Seoul — it was still well-organized and functional. The bathroom was excellent: modern, spotless, and with a great shower. Overall, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. One downside was the air conditioning. Although there was a thermostat in the room, the temperature seemed centrally controlled, and I wasn’t able to cool the room properly. It stayed around 25–26°C, which was too warm for comfortable sleep. To their credit, the front desk provided a fan, which helped a bit. Despite the A/C issue, I would still recommend the hotel for short stays, especially if you’re looking for something clean and reliable in a convenient location.

Excellent stay in Seoul directly at Lotte world center

Der Aufenthalt war gut. hotel ist in zentraler Lage und man kommt überall schnell hin. Hotel an sich ist schön und sauber. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

All good.. perfect hotel

Staff was friendly , location was okayish, could‘ve been cleaner inside the room. Also the furniture looked a little bit mixed up. No plugs on both side of the bed, no bedside table on both sides of the bed etc.
