Our experience at this resort was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The personal service throughout our stay was exceptional — every team member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
A special highlight was the butler service, which added a truly luxurious touch to our vacation. Attentive, discreet, and always one step ahead of our needs — our butler (Mr. Dewa) made everything effortless and enjoyable.
The resort itself is immaculately maintained. Every area, from the rooms to the poolside and restaurants, was spotless. Cleanliness clearly has the highest priority here, and it did not go unnoticed.
We left feeling completely relaxed and pampered. Highly recommended for anyone looking for top-tier service in a pristine, elegant setting.
