Einfaches gutes Hotel... freundliches Personal

The property was beautiful and clean. It had a very unique artistic atmosphere. The staff were very kind and professional. The rooms and beds were extremely comfortable. Overall it was a great experience! However, the walls are fairly thin. We were sometimes kept awake at night by people talking outside our door or being loud by the pool. Be warned, there is no laundry besides dry cleaning there, and the only laundries nearby are dry clean only or drop off. Last note, there are normally no microwaves in the hotel rooms. When I asked about microwave access at the reception desk, though, the staff sent an entire microwave to my room for my whole stay. I don’t know if this is normal, I’d call and ask before hand next time, but I really appreciated that! Thank you, Hotel Dena!
