Das Hotel liegt nahe am Flughafen, jedoch hört man wenig bis kein Fluglärm. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und der inkludierte Flughafentransfer sehr schnell und einfach.

Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Despite my accommodation being fully prepaid through Expedia, the hotel mistakenly charged my credit card over €300 after one of my stays. What followed was even more disappointing: despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel, several emails, and speaking to reception and management in person, I received virtually no communication or follow-up. I was eventually told that the charge had been made by the hotel in error, but despite repeated promises, I never received written confirmation or any proper resolution. I have therefore had to initiate a chargeback. As an international traveller currently travelling in remote areas, having an unexpected charge on my card and no explanation or support caused considerable stress and inconvenience. Some staff members were excellent, but the front desk and management were extremely disappointing in terms of customer service and accountability. For a Sheraton/Marriott property, I expected much better. I would not stay here again.

The only place in the City I would classify 4* . A modern, well maintained compound - vigilant security staff (definetely necessary in this city) Hotel is simply perfect and restaurants serve delicious food. Compared to all other Hotels in Port Moresby I have stayed in, this place is an oasis. No cocroaches no rats. Well maintained save and nice place.
