Overall, this is a very nice hotel with a high-quality feel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and well maintained. Unfortunately, our stay was a bit mixed. First, we were assigned a room that had not yet been prepared. These things can happen, but ideally they shouldn’t. The staff quickly gave us another room instead. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very poor, at least on the 4th floor where we stayed. Later that evening, we noticed that the shower hose was damaged and sprayed water in all directions. It wasn’t a major issue since it was still possible to take a shower, and these things can happen—but again, they really shouldn’t. The next morning, we informed the reception and asked for it to be repaired. However, when we returned in the evening, the problem had still not been fixed and the shower hose was still defective. Again, we could still use the shower, so it wasn’t a huge problem, but it should have been taken care of. That said, it is a lovely hotel overall—beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it, and hopefully by then the Wi-Fi connection and the shower hose will have been improved as well. 😎

I was literally blown away, this hotel has checked all my boxes. The only thing that was not optimal was that the pool has no heating. Other than that, I had an amazing stay.

THINK TWICE! Check-in process was the most complicated process we’ve ever encountered, and you need 3 different mobile applications to complete check in, registration and accessing the unit. Parking situation is ridiculous, cleanliness is average. The only pluses, proximity to NASA Space Center and the swimming pool. Last, the communication is perhaps the worst we’ve encountered, this unit is a standalone unit on the entire property for this company. The complicated process to access the facility daily is NOT worth the hassle. We would have been better off a a hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, room is spacious and cozy the only downside side is we booked two queen beds and we ended up having two full size beds little bit smaller than we were expected but it was nice!
