Das Zimmer war leider alles andere als sauber und zudem war es noch so laut, dass man nicht einmal lüften konnte und die Deutschkenntnisse ließen zu wünschen übrig (haben extra drauf geachtet dass im Hotel Deutsch gesprochen wird und bei diesem Hotel ist es angegeben). Wir werden sicher nie wieder kommen!

Extremely Disappointing–Not the 5-Star Experience Advertised The biggest issue was the extremely poor sound insulation. My room was so noisy that it was difficult to sleep. I reported the problem and was promised a follow-up, but no one ever contacted me. I was initially offered a room change only if I paid an extra fee, and the next day I was told the hotel was fully booked. However, rooms were still available on the hotel’s website and other booking platforms, which left me feeling misled. The hotel also refused to acknowledge the noise issue, despite many online reviews mentioning the same problem. The room had several maintenance issues: a faulty toilet flush, very noisy air conditioning that barely worked, unstable shower water temperature, a defective shower head, a dangerously slippery shower floor, a dressing room light that could not be switched off, and curtains that did not block the light. The hotel itself is old and in need of renovation. The food was average and far below the standard expected for the price and the Rixos brand. Even the late check-out until 6:00 p.m. that had been promised was not honored. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability. My concerns were repeatedly ignored or dismissed instead of being resolved. For the price paid, this hotel offers poor value for money and falls well short of the standards expected from a five-star property. I cannot recommend it.
