Very nice hotel at the beach, with a nice ocean view and beautiful sunsets. The rooms are very luxurious and the beds are premium beds with Simmons mattresses, which are very comfortable for people with back issues (like me). The hotel staff is very freindly and the hotel area has a nice pool and a good restaurant. Big parking lot wir free parking and the hotel is close to Ishigaki city and ferry port (10 min by car). I had the room with the bathtub with ocean view, which was super nice. If I go back to Ishigaki, I will definitely choose same hotel and same room.

I loved the honesty of the staff. Due to weather conditions I had to shorten my stay and due to maintenance of the ferry I arrived one day later then booked. I got all nights reimbursed without any cancellation fee. Fantastic! Thank you very much for your honesty and great customer service. Also this place is the only one where card payments are possible on the island. Thus, I borrowed snorkeling equipment and enjoyed the food of the restaurant. The breakfast options are very healthy (which I loved). They offer a salad buffet, fruits, rice, miso soup, salmon, but also bakery with jam, eggs and bacon. The dinner options are large from sushi/sashimi/curry/French Fries/fish… Free shuttle service from and to the ferry was great (if you know where the pick up takes place). It’s a blue bus at the parking lot. When telling on the island you’re staying at Seafriend everyone is able to help finding them. It is a very nice and small island. The beach close to the hotel really is worth snorkeling and you can swim more freely than at the other beaches. There are also Kanu boats for rental to explore a nearby island. Diving also is possible. So lots to do on this small paradise.
