Location top, room with sea view got indeed a wonderful view. Housekeeping disappointed big time during this stay. They are friendly but don’t do much in the room. I’m not sure if it’s due to being short staffed or if they simply don’t care. They do change the towels daily and make the beds, but that’s about it. Cups, glasses and cutlery doesn’t get cleaned properly. The bathroom was probably cleaned once during 10 days. Definitely not how it should be done in a 4* hotel. This used to be a wonderful place to stay, now it gets more and more disappointing every time I come back. What makes it worse, that I did give feedback during my stay, but things just aren’t getting better. I suppose management doesn’t really care. Judged by the staffes reactions I would say they get negative feedback on a regular basis.

Negative: The hotel is showing its age and in need of renovation. Mold is present around the pool. The air conditioning is not adjustable. The room has a slightly musty smell. The bed is far too soft, so you practically sink into it. Not a good choice for individual travelers, as the hotel accommodates many families with children. The price/performance ratio is not up to 5-star standards compared to other hotels; it's far too expensive for what you get. Positive: The Mekong Restaurant and the individual breakfast at the Revo Cafe, where the team, especially Rabby, provided excellent service and the food was of good quality. Housekeeping and the bell staff also do a good job.

The Informationens about the hotel at the Webside of expedia are not right. They have a shuttle but only to the mall not the other destinations like jbr beach. It was 1 main reason to book this hotel. The pool had also different opeding times that dont match with the Webside. The staff was very kind and friendly and always helpful anytime

Gute Lage, nah zur Metro , gute Umgebung. Alles bestens im Hotel, guter Service und super Frühstücksbuffet.

Einfach Traumhaft schön
