Sehr schönes Hotel, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Mein Zimmer war leider sehr laut, da es zur Straße lag. Mir wurde sofort geholfen und ich konnte das Zimmer wechseln. Ich würde es definitiv weiterempfehlen u d wiederkommen!

The hotel clearly operates to the highest standards across the board, everything felt seamless, well organized, and meticulously maintained. This level of quality and service naturally comes at a corresponding price point, but in this case it felt entirely justified. If you value excellence, discretion, and a truly professional yet friendly approach, the Delaire Graff Lodges and SPA delivers.

Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff who truly go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully equipped with high-end touches like Diptyque bathroom amenities, a complimentary minibar, coffee facilities, and convenient parking garage. One standout feature is their breakfast, served until 4 PM (!) and included in the stay — an incredible idea that makes for a wonderfully relaxed experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to try it, but the menu sounded fantastic. Overall, a flawless stay with genuine five-star service — in fact, better than many large luxury hotels. The only small area for improvement would be the bathroom layout: it’s quite compact and located right next to the bed. A bit more space and a proper door would make the room absolutely perfect.

geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, mit tollem hilfsbereitem Personal. Ich komme hoffentlich bald wieder!

Staff goes above and beyond, very friendly and fast. Breakfast quality and variety is truly outstanding. Spa and pool area is also well done and makes you feel like you are tucked away in an oasis within the city.
