My stay had many positive aspects, but unfortunately also one very troubling incident. The service from Anju and Abishek at the restaurants was exceptional—professional, kind, and always attentive. Anju, especially, truly stood out with her warmth and dedication. If I could rate the staff alone, they would absolutely deserve five stars. The issue occurred at reception upon our arrival. We were charged an amount for the domestic flight, transfers, and taxes that did not match the expected total based on the official exchange rate of that day. We paid in cash and, unlike all other payments during our stay, we were not given any receipt. We only realized the inconsistency once back home. This lack of transparency was extremely disappointing and left us with a very negative impression, especially considering how well everything else at the resort is managed. Aside from this, the resort itself is beautiful and well maintained: clean facilities, a beach that is cared for daily, excellent water villas, clear water, and varied, high-quality food. The majority of the staff was friendly and professional. Would I return? I’m not sure. The resort has many strengths, but this incident at reception affected our overall experience. The five stars I give are exclusively for Anju, Abishek, and the staff members who clearly work with honesty and dedication.

Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Viele Ecken sind renovierungsbedürftig. Vegetation und Wege auf der Insel sind super. Service ist verbesserungswürdig. Einige negative Details wiegen schon schwer wie z.b. all in nicht bis zur Abreise(nach 12 Uhr am Abreisetag alles kostenpflichtig, Pool in der Villa zum Teil nicht nutzbar weil 1/3 der Mosaik Fliesen fehlen)

Ich war das achte Mal auf den Malediven. Zum dritten Mal auf dieser Insel. Dir kurze Anreise die außergewöhnliche Behandlung als Gast die Ruhe (only adults) und die Sterneküche sind für mich das ausschlaggebende warum ich immer wieder hier her komme. Wüsste keine preiswertere Insel wenn man einen Wasserbungalow mit Pool haben möchte. Die Bungalows werden gerade renoviert. Das ist gut so weil sie ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen sind. Sind aber nur kleine optische Sachen. Sunset Bungalows haben nachmittags für ca. 3 Stunden keinerlei Schatten auf der Terrasse. Dies ist das einzige minimale Manko.
