Romantikurlaub in Mexiko buchen

We had a nice stay at the GR Solaris hotel. The room with view to the ocean was amazing but we had always water problems in the bathroom. Unfortunately we had 2 problems at the restaurant. First, my younger daughter found a spine in the sausage. The restaurant responsible apologised and tried to make it better with one manager. The same day our second daughter was injured by something sharpen on her chair. A rescuer worker came to see the injury. Unfortunately nobody was checking at her after that day even trying to offer us something special for her. We were supposed to have VIP access but excepted the upgraded room, I did not really experience the vip access. Thanks to the entertainment team, especially coach Yzrael, Abraham, Christ and Leo. The girls at the kids club were always nice to our kids (Monti and Crissel). Special thanks to Pedro at the reception and Adnan and Joel at the lobby entrance. The breakfast was very good and the rest of the food was ok.

I would deduct 1 Star for the food, but the overall experience was great so I won't. The Room was perfect, the service outstanding. The Hotel in really good condition. The beach fantastic. We were worried at first, because most positive reviews came from americans, but this hotel can absolutely live up to european standards. The food is difficult. The decision from the hotel not to have a buffet is terrible. The Dinner Restaurants all served really not tasty food. The food experience from all dinner restaurants was bad, so we tried to use the afternoon kitchens which were great and the Room Service, which delivered fantastic food. The Tex Mex Buffet on Thursdays and the breakfast was really good as well. So as I said, usually this could make a bad experience, if you are not flexible, but the hotel was fantastic. The hotel wasn't fully booked oput, so we never had a problem getting a sunbed at the beach, but I can understand, that people are mad, that two thirds of all potential beach space is taken by cabanas that the hotel sells for $85 a day on top. This is a crazy rip off. Agin, we were not affected by this, so no star deduction. In high season this would probably something that we were furious about as well.

Frühstucken war ein Stuhlen Spielt, Schnell dein Essen abholen nachdem in eine Schlange warten für einem Tisch ansonsten jemand anders nimmt dein Tisch , wenn du auf einen Omelett wartest , sicher du müss auf andere neue Tisch warten und neue Getränke bestellen. Künstoff glässer. Nicht ganz mexikanisch gerrichte, sicher eine „Fiesta americana :)“ nicht empfehlenswert.

The hotel as well as (especially) the staff were extraordinary. The different dining options in the different restaurants, the immensity of the place, the environment, the beach, the helpfulness of the staff, were all fantastic. One thing I would improve: the various evening programs in the adult only part only lasted until 11pm. Being in the part of the hotel where only adults were allowed, the evenings could be extended a little later with maybe different theme evening.

Normalerweise gehen wir nicht zweimal in dasselbe Hotel, weil wir die Erfahrung gemacht haben, dass das zweite Mal die hohen Erwartungen nicht erneut erfüllt. Hier wurden wir eines Besseren belehrt. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön und die Restaurants alle zu empfehlen. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter erste Klasse aber über die Barrierefreiheit wegen Kinderwagen ist ausbaufähig. Und die privaten Veranstaltungen an Pools sind nervig weil es ziemlich laut ist und die Bereiche ab nachmittags für die privaten Veranstaltungen gesperrt werden.

Tolles Hotel mit a la carte Restaurants. Man wird vor jedem Restaurantbesuch nach Allergien gefragt. Dies wurde dann auch bei der Bestellung berücksichtigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
