Ein schönes Hotel in der bekannten Schopping Straße, von dem man Nizza auch zu Fuß wunderbar erkunden kann. Ansonsten fährt in der Straße auch die Straßenbahn, was einem noch mehr Möglichkeiten bietet. Die Mitarbeiter waren allesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass man sich einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub gestalten konnte.

The rooftop pool is unbelievable with nice view over the town. Tram Line 1 is two walking minutes away and can bring you to the center in few minutes.

Overall, a great hotel for a city trip, centrally located between the city center and the sea. Rooms are renovated, size OK, balcony was in reality a french balcony. Breakfast room lacks athmosphere, but good choice of food. Reception is located directly at the entrance, no space, no privacy.

Unfortunately the accommodation was not what we expected. The room was not very clean (Hair in the bathroom, big spots on the ceiling). The shower head kept falling off when you changed the water pressure. And the room was very noisy. You could not only hear the street, but everything from the rooms next to you and above you. The Staff was not what I would expect from a 4* Hotel, except for Nico and Mila. Those two were friendly and helpful.

The level of cleanliness was notably poor. Even basic areas that are typically quick and easy to clean—such as the floors and bedside tables—were visibly dirty. The shower was also quite unpleasant. Additionally, the rooms were extremely noisy; it was possible to hear nearly every footstep from adjacent and upper rooms. It is also worth noting that the hotel is not located in one of the better areas of Nice. However, in our case, this was not a major issue, as we specifically wanted to be near the main train station. On a more positive note, the breakfast was surprisingly good, despite offering only a limited selection. The staff were consistently friendly and had a strong command of English. Given the price we paid, especially in comparison to typical rates in Nice, the overall experience was okayish. Nonetheless, the cleanliness requires significant improvement, a point echoed by several other guests as well.

Die Zimmer könnten ein bisschen größer sein, damit man auch den Koffer hinstellen kann ohne das er immer im Weg steht.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer zwar recht klein aber sehr sauber. Alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Uns hat es gefallen
