The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a nice view. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the late check-out, which was arranged without any issues. The only downside was that we were expecting a swimming pool, as several online sources indicated that the hotel had one. Unfortunately, there was no pool available, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for its friendly service and comfortable rooms.

Das Hotel war schön, das Personal war sehr freundlich, und auch der kostenlose Transfer zum Flughafen war sehr praktisch. Was uns allerdings gestört hat, war zum einen, dass man den Lärm der Flugzeuge hören konnte. Und zum anderen, dass die Klimaanlage einen Defekt hatte und konstant auf 22°C gekühlt hat, was für uns zu kalt war. Zusammengefasst: Gutes Hotel, aber mit kleinen Mängeln. Aus diesem Grund 4 von 5 Sternen.

We only stayed one night here. Everyone was very friendly. Reception area beautifl, also the Bar was super nice, team was very accommodating. I am really in between giving 4 or 5 stars, but it would be a 4.5, here the reasons why: - big stain on the carpet next to the table, my partner and I saw this as the first thing entering the room, so should have seen the person that’s cleaning as well - bedsheets felt very humid, not so nice - food was not bad, but I expected even a little more - it could be a personal taste but the Indian tonic water from Ireland used in the bar for GIn&Tonic was terrible, we were 4 people and all of us disliked it a lot, as the bar was already closing and it was our last order, we could not really be vocal about it, staff as very busy, we accepted our faith, however I would not serve that tonic water for most of the gins, it’s just ruining the taste. Especially because of the price of the drinks - my spa massage was very good, the massage of my partner was not so satisfying Overall I enjoyed the stay but the things mentioned should be looked into
