Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Das Hotel liegt in einer guten und interessanten Neighborhood, die gut angebunden ist. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zudem gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, wie z.B. der CN Tower oder das Ripley Aquarium und auch der Lake Ontario ist nicht weit weg. Die Zimmer sind von ausreichender Größe, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität

We were visiting for TIFF, and the location literally could not be better. It's smack in the middle of it all. The view in the flat is phantastic. Minor inconveniences were that we only had one key for the appartment, even though we were two persons. While I completely understand that the owner, only having two set of keys, wants to keep a set for emergencies, this made our sheduling much more complicated. We had, as most people visiting for the festival, different shedules. Renting the place is a legal grey area, there were notices in the elevators that short term renting was forbidden. That felt a bit sketchy during the first nights, but we soon realized, that the building was full with our other friends also visiting the festival – so obviously there are a lot of owners in that building doing the same thing. I don't know the legal situation precisely and to be honest, I did not really care. But if that's important to you, you might want to check into a regular hotel. The owner was very helpful, at times it was almost a bit much – but he really, really wanted to ensure that we had a pleasant stay. There was a quite dirty shower curtain which the owner promised to replace, other than that, everything went smoothly and we had a phantastic stay. Considering the location, the rooms are quite okay in terms of noise pollution. However, if you're not a great sleeper, bring earplugs and a sleeping mask as only one room is pitch black to sleep because it has no windows.

Ein hervorragendes neues Hotel, hatte am 1.8.26 seinen 2. Geburtstag. Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie 7 Nächte in Toronto. Frühstück sensationell und Brunch am Samstag sehr zu empfehlen.
