Alles super, ausser dass es wünschenswert wäre ein komplettes anständiges Frühstück zu bekommen ohne viel Aufpreis zu zahlen .

I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine. Housekeeping was included in the price, which is something welcome compared with my previous stays. Something incredible was the direct access to the private beach. The villa has a nice beachfront sundeck and ocean kayaks. The powdery white beach was incredible, like being in heaven. This is an incredibly safe place for ocean sports. We went kite surfing and also hired some jet skis Our concierge did a great job again arranging both activities for us. We will be returning again!

Our stay was SUPERB! The facility was ALWAYS immaculate, the room was spacious and well adorned. LOVED that it was eco-friendly and let’s not forget THE VIEW. It was hands down THE BEST view on the island which could be enjoyed from the room’s balcony or while lying in bed. The staff worked tirelessly to remove all seaweed from the sand each day so that guests could enjoy the beautiful turquoise waters of the tranquil beach . The outdoor restaurant was cozy and the meals were both delicious and had a fine presentation. There was a large pool, hot tub and plenty of cabana seating. It was wonderful to have attentive staff who provided towels and bar service while we relaxed on beachfront umbrella chairs. Our only disappointment was the rum punches which did not live up to expectations but of course there were other drink options on the menu! LOVED the quiet location and the elevation of the property which allows great views of nearby marina and the island. ALL staff were pleasant and welcoming but special shout out to Gilly, Jen, Micah, Khamiko. Highly recommend this property and would definitely return.

Expectional stay at the Shore Club, highly recommend this resort!

Super Lage an einem der schönsten Strände weltweit. Zimmer nett eingerichtet jedoch mit Abnutzungserscheinungen (Griff vom Schrank fiel direkt beim ersten Öffnen ab, Getränke/Zigarettenspuren auf den Möbeln). Ich würde jedoch aufgrund des Services nicht mehr dieses Hotel buchen. Mitarbeiter grüßen kaum, schauen meist sehr unfreundlich. Möchte man einen Service in Anspruch nehmen z.B. am Strand oder Restaurant wartet man meist vergeblich da diese lieber sich miteinander unterhalten oder aufs Handy schauen. Findet sich dann doch ein Mitarbeiter schauen sie sehr unfreundlich als ob man sie beleidigt hätte und alles geht nach "Island Time". Nach dem ersten Abendessen bin ich nicht mehr im Hotel Essen gegangen, ausserhalb zum einen günstiger aber vorallem freundlicher und schneller Service. Viele andere Hotelgäste schienen dies ähnlich zu machen. Vorsicht vor Reisen im Juli / August hier kommen wochenweise größere Gruppen von Finanzberatern auf "Belohnungstrip". Das Verhalten der Gäste lässt dann zu wünschen übrig.
