Flitterwochen in Dominikanische Republik buchen

sehr gut

This is a large all inclusive resort with large suites and many pools. Overall it was a very nice stay. There are many bars and restaurants and good entertainment and animation during the day but there also quiet spots. The food at the buffet (apart from breakfast) was a bit below the standard of the à la carte restaurants. The staff was always friendly. What could be improved: - Remove seagrass not just in the mornings from the beach as tide did often come later in the day bringing a lot of seagrass. Other beaches from resorts nearby seemed to be better cared. - Minibar or snacks were replenished only irregularly or upon request and not always daily - Water pressure in shower was sometimes low - Equipment in gym was badly maintained or partially broken The butler service seemed a bit forced. Not everyone needs to be contacted or seen by the butler every day or prefers to make request directly with the responsible team or via app. So service needs to be customized more to what the customer needs rather than having a one size fits all service. Also not all the information given by the butler proved to be correct.
