The room is the most important part for the guests but I think the room was the worst, dirty & very old carpet, furniture that you can find better furniture than that in any garbage container! The room & the bathroom is from early 70th and not changed, not renovated! No coffee machine, not such a service I had in other Melia or other 5 stars hotels! Opposite of the Room the reception & lobby is shining like a diamond!! Unfortunately I stay & sleep in my room not in reception!! The only thing forced me to stay was the friendly staff ! For my experience with 5 stars hotels or Melia … the room is 2-3 stars category not 5! I am sorry but it’s the truth!

Positiv: Sehr viele Servicekräfte, die auch sehr freundlich und bemüht sind.
Negativ: Das Zimmer war schon etwas „abgewohnt“, insbes. das Bad war nicht mehr sehr ansehnlich.
