The Pan Pacific provides you with a truly wonderful experience when being in Singapore and can definitely recommend to stay there! The hotel is located close to the bay with all you need closeby. The hotel itself provides you with a relaxing and luxurious feeling already when you arrive. Amy at the front desk made us feel so welcome and even granted us an upgrade, even though it had been a long time since our last visit. The room was absolutely amazing — cozy, luxurious, and with a lovely balcony for stunning views of Singapore. The whole hotel felt like a mix of calm spa vibes and top-quality comfort. The breakfast buffet was a dream, including fresh dishes from all over the world and fresh juices. Everyone we met was very friendly and always happy to help to make our stay more comfortable. Ralph at the pool was especially kind and attentive. When it was time to leave, Prabu and Brendan were very helpful as well to help with the luggage and organise a good transportation for us. All in all, it was a fantastic experience with genuine warmth and hospitality from the staff. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Zimmer, Lage und Rooftoppool absolut top. Schnelle Anbindung in die Innenstadt mit Metro oder auch zu Fuß möglich. Muslimisches Viertel direkt um die Ecke mit massig Essensmöglichkeiten, Food Market etc- Preisleistung super!

Sehr gute Lage. Fast alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider sehr einfaches Zimmer, was leider nach feuchtem Keller riecht. Bad war gut. Unser Standard wäre vielleicht so 3*. Hatten allerdings auch das günstigste Zimmer genommen. Gibt sicher bessere Hotels zu dem Preis. Am Pool findet man natürlich keinen Platz, dafür ist das Hotel viel zu groß.
