The room was a comfortable size for one person, though it might feel a bit tight for two people with luggage. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff were all incredibly friendly, greeting me every time I passed by, which made me feel very welcomed. Although I didn’t use any of the hotel’s services during my stay, the attention to detail and the warmth of the staff left a lasting impression. The location is also perfect—just a short walk to Myeongdong, which is so convenient for shopping and exploring. The subway (Line 1) and bus stops are right around the corner, making transportation very easy. On check-out, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional customer service. A helpful male staff member, along with two other workers, assisted me in finding my taxi driver and helped load my luggage into the car. This thoughtful gesture really made my departure smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Lotte Hotel Seoul for anyone visiting the city. It’s a great place to stay, offering excellent service and a fantastic location!

Wer in Seoul eine besonderes Hotel sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Von den Zimmern über das Essen bis zum herrvoragend und freundlichem Personal in allen Bereichen (Danke noch mal an Elena für den freundlichen Empfang) fühlt man sich einfach nur wohl. Absolute Empfehlung! Auch die Lage ist zum Shopping und direkt an der U-Bahn ideal. Kleiner Tipp: Für ein Mittagessen den Food-Court im Shinsegae-Einkaufszenter nebenan besuchen. Absolute Empfehlung, das Hotel war ein Highlight unsere Rundreise.

I had a pleasant stay at Shilla Stay Guro. The room was on the smaller side, but that’s to be expected in a major city like Seoul — it was still well-organized and functional. The bathroom was excellent: modern, spotless, and with a great shower. Overall, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. One downside was the air conditioning. Although there was a thermostat in the room, the temperature seemed centrally controlled, and I wasn’t able to cool the room properly. It stayed around 25–26°C, which was too warm for comfortable sleep. To their credit, the front desk provided a fan, which helped a bit. Despite the A/C issue, I would still recommend the hotel for short stays, especially if you’re looking for something clean and reliable in a convenient location.

Insgesamt war es gut. Die Umgebung, öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Saberkeit des Hotels war gut.

Zimmer sind Mini aber der Room Service ist gut! Frühstück ist so lala wer auf Suppe am Morgen steht! Man fühlt sich unerwünscht!!!! Kein Lächeln oder Guten Morgen! Kaffee ist top! Alles ist gut zu erreichen! Keine 4 Sterne!!!
