Very good location in Bogota. Nice rooms. Very nice executive lounge with great food and amazing staff. Bellboys always smiling and friendly. Great gym. Reception staff very stubborn and not interested in finding a solution for problems. VAT was included in the expedia booking. Hotel staff insisted on paying anyway. Expedia reimbursed us this quick and customer friendly. THANKS EXPEDIA. All suites are to a very very noisy road. Bring earplugs

Nice boutique hotel in a safe, upscale environment. Very modern, nice and large rooms, but no additional ammenities in terms of bar etc. Service comparably basic for a upscale hotel, but in total definitely recommendable.

Very lovely and charming hotel with delicious breakfast. Excellent service in the restaurant and of the concierges. Located in a nice neighborhood (next to zona T), where you can easily do some shopping, and find bars and restaurants.

Everything’s fine and perfect except the Airport transport, which is 3-4 times more expensive than the normal Taxi & they are not willing to order a normal Taxi & telling you that you can order your taxi by yourself ! I find it very strange! Which is forcing the guests to accept the Hotels private transport !
