Very sweet staff with superb service - Nuko, Fausal, Venti, Abir & all others are amazing. All stood out.

First let me say the staff here are amazing. They did all they could to help us. This is not a 5 star hotel. The room we were given was not anything like the photos or IG photos shown. The staff did offer us an upgrade. This upgrade however had some issues. The air barely worked in the room. It took almost a full 24 hours to cool off. We did not sleep the first night. The place where breakfast is served is quite an obstacle to arrive at. Down to a low floor. Outside by pool and cross sky bridge then on to another elevator. The food was good with lots of items. But on the last day……. A roach was viewed on one of the buffet tables. This residence is not as advertised. The rooms feel very dreary and slightly dated. Keeping the corridors hot without air should not even be an option.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein wirklich hervorragendes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel mit exzellentem Service. Das gesamte Team war aussergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Zimmer, das Ambiente und die gesamte Anlage haben unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Das Abendessen war qualitativ gut, allerdings hätten wir uns bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie etwas mehr Kreativität und Abwechslung bei den Gerichten gewünscht. Insgesamt war es ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, den wir jederzeit wiederholen würden. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die in Jakarta erstklassigen Service und hohen Komfort suchen.
