We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Nyack and hope to go back in the future. It has a very cool goth-meets-modern industrial vibe. The hot tub and pool were great and the staff were beyond friendly. You can easily walk to town, which has a lot to offer for eating and shopping. The nature trails in the area are fantastic. Our morning walk/run along the Hudson had amazing views. More strenuous nature hikes are also close to the hotel. There is a fitness center and on site restaurant and bar. We didn’t have a chance to try those but hope to try them next time. A surprise plus was complimentary EV charging.

Staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. It was as a pleasure to stay there.

Arroganter, unfreundlicher Check-In, dann eine verstopfte Toilette und zum Ende wurde uns die von Hotels.com als Silver-Vorteil versprochenen 10 Dollar Guthaben pro Person und Tag nicht gewährt, weil man nichts davon wusste. Für mich darum das erste und letzte Mal Sonesta. Schade, denn eigentlich wäre das Haus schön, aber niemand scheint willens, was daraus zu machen.
