Even before our arrival, it was quite clear that the place might have some HR issues (no reply to emails, no english on the phone, completely ignored requests), uppon arrival we must say that the conditions were SHOCKING. in this hotel literally nobody will care about you to a point where it made us wonder, if this people are paid or on a strike. Additionally, the room stinked of the worst mouldy odor, the TV had literealy NOTHING working on it, on the window you could actually draw in the dust with your fingers, and they never provided us towels (even after a phone call and a personal visit to the desk, we ended up using our work-out towels to dry ourselves). AVOID at all cost (and talking of cost, they will charge you EUROPEAN prices here for a service that is far beyond 3rd world)
