Opfikon-Glattpark is one of Greater Zurich’s most exciting and modern neighbourhoods — cosmopolitan, green, and perfectly connected. Step outside and the Glatt River is right there, with peaceful walking and cycling paths stretching in both directions. Within minutes you can be jogging along the river, grabbing a coffee at a local café, or hopping on the tram to Zurich city centre or the airport.

Supermarkets are all within easy reach — Coop on Boulevard Lilienthal and Denner on Schaffhauserstrasse are a short walk away. Migros is on Thurgauerstrasse 106, about 15 minutes on foot. Migrolino on Schaffhauserstrasse 40 is open every day including Sundays. A Coop Vitality pharmacy is on Boulevard Lilienthal for anything you need.

The food scene has something for everyone. Luigia Opfikon is loved for its pizza, Al Dente for its pasta, and the Raclette Factory is a must for an authentic Swiss experience. The Glatt Shopping Centre, one of Switzerland’s largest malls, is just a few minutes away by tram. For nature lovers, the Glatt riverside path connects directly to the wider Glattpark green spaces — perfect for cycling, jogging, or simply enjoying the outdoors.

Zurich’s Old Town, the lake, and Bahnhofstrasse are all just 20 minutes away by tram. The Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen and the city of Lucerne are both under an hour by train.

Tram lines 10, 12, and 50 are a short walk away, with direct connections to Zurich Airport in around 10 minutes and Zurich city centre in around 20 minutes. Glattbrugg S-Bahn station is reachable on foot in around 10 minutes, connecting you to the full Zurich S-Bahn network.

Buy tickets at the tram stop machine or download the ZVV app. A 24-hour day pass is excellent value if you plan to explore the city. PubliBike rental stations are available 24/7 for easy cycling along the river. By car, the A1 and A51 motorways are just minutes away.

The building has no lift and it’s located on the 3rd floor.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. The balcony may be used for smoking.
Pets are welcome on request — please confirm before bringing a pet.

The Glatt River path starts right outside the building — perfect for morning runs, evening walks, and cycling along the water.

Zurich Airport — 10 min by tram. Zurich city centre — 20 min by tram. Glattbrugg S-Bahn — 10 min on foot.
No smoking inside the apartment — the balcony may be used for smoking.
No parties or events of any kind.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM, especially on the balcony.

No unregistered overnight guests.
Pets are welcome on request — please confirm before bringing a pet.

Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
The apartment is in a residential building — please be respectful of neighbours at all times.
Please do not use the apartment for commercial purposes or photo shoots without prior approval.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately via Airbnb — we always handle it fairly.

Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM unless agreed in advance.

Please switch off the underfloor heating, lights, and all appliances when leaving the apartment.
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests — this must not be exceeded.

The key is stored in a secure key box at the main entrance. Your personal access code will be sent after booking. Please handle the key with care, do not make copies, and return it to the key box upon check-out making sure it is properly closed.
