„Pool war geschlossen wegen Renovierung, Informationen darüber hatte ich nicht. Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster mit sichtundurchlässigen Scheiben, so dass Man nicht hinausschauen konnte. In der Kaffeebar gab es keinen Kaffee.“

„Very friendly, always supportive staff, asking if I needed any help. A big thank you! My special thanks to Mr. Sachindra, who cleaned my room. He did an absolutely amazing job—everything was shinining! “

„列車の遅延で21時到着の予定が翌日の朝5時に到着したにもかかわらず、あたたかく迎えていただきました。“

„Nice hotel with very good breakfast. Best tea in Lucknow. Don't waste your time going to Sharmaji ki chai. Cheap and no good. I will book this hotel again if in town“

„Average“

„They only had a buffet option for breakfast“

„Good location“

„the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food. “

„I would feel positive about this hotel if it was classified 4*. The 5* rating was not reflected in the standard of comfort in the room (though it would be fine as 4*) nor the in-room amenities (only 3*). So it was an ok stay, at ok value for money, but not up to 5* expectations.“

„It was nice“

„Nice room and cooperative staff “

„I don’t understand why they charge us extra for 3 days breakfast. Hotel.com had already collected money. But service is excellent. Those boys are outstanding.“
