"Unfortunately, there is only one good thing to say about this hotel. The pools are in good shape and super nice! However: We booked a "Luxury"-room... - the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed - the heating system was broken. The room temperature did not exceed 18 degrees during the entire stay - there is no hook or anything similar to hang the towels. (Not that they would dry anyway in regard of the room temperature) - the food is extremely overpriced compared to quality you get and usual Colombian prices - during check-in, the room keys and taxes were programmed/charged for one night, even though we had a reservation for two nights. This resulted in another rather unexpected charge in taxes during check out and an additional visit at the reception for reprogramming the keys during the stay -the TV-remote battery needed to be replaced. It took three visits at the reception and a five hour wait until it was replaced - there is a good selection for breakfast. However, even the hot dishes are quite cold and unfortunately the food quality lacked - Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel concerned my reservation and they were not able to reach the hotel by phone or email for several days - the restaurant does only have digital menus. Make sure you have your phone with you Few of these points are definitely not that bad.. However, they add to the overall "experience" and show the level of detail given to the customer experience.
