„Wahrscheinlich die beste Option in Pereira; für kolumbianische Verhältnisse ok. Massagen im SPA sind schlecht, Cappuccino in der Früh kostet extra, Straßenlärm deutlich zu hören da keine schallisolierten Zimmer. Frühstück war gut, Pool auch. Fitnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet. Bettwäsche nicht aus Baumwolle. “

„Das Hotel ist angenehm und bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten incl. guten Restaurants. Der Check-Inn ist durchweg eine Katastrophe, es werden zig Kopien erstellt und Daten eingegeben. Da man diese offensichtlich nicht einmal richtig abschreiben kann, funktioniert dann auch die persönliche Verbindung zum Internet nicht, Der Check-Inn hat 40 (!) Minuten gedauert, die Verlängerung des Aufenthaltes am nächsten Tag eine halbe Stunde, der Check.Inn von neuen Gästen dauerte fast eine Stunde- unfassbar und ...

„Unfortunately, there is only one good thing to say about this hotel. The pools are in good shape and super nice! However: We booked a "Luxury"-room... - the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed - the heating system was broken. The room temperature did not exceed 18 degrees during the entire stay - there is no hook or anything similar to hang the towels. (Not that they would dry anyway in regard of the room temperature) - the food is extremely overpriced compared to quality you ...

„Es un lugar de ensueño con aguas termales entre cascadas. Está todo muy muy limpio y continuamente vigilado, mucha seguridad. Hay unos termales en el hotel y luego otros a 1 km. pero si se aloja uno 2 noches se puede acceder también a esos otros que tienen unas cascadas más grandes. Se pueden tomar bebidas estando en el agua. El restaurante sirve comidas con aire local, muy buenas carnes.“
