„Unfortunately, there is only one good thing to say about this hotel. The pools are in good shape and super nice!
However:
We booked a "Luxury"-room...
- the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed
- the heating system was broken. The room temperature did not exceed 18 degrees during the entire stay
- there is no hook or anything similar to hang the towels. (Not that they would dry anyway in regard of the room temperature)
- the food is extremely overpriced compared to quality you ...

Preocupados siempre por nuestra seguridad, confort para mi y mi Mama de 88 anos. Bastante calidez humana, amabilidad, siempre con una sonrisa y dando solución a todo. Nunca cambien, siempre ser los mejores.
Lo recomiendo siempre días muy agradables, El buffet , todas las comidas deliciosas, ambiente agradable, tranquilidad todo , habitaciones ...
