„Unfortunately, there is only one good thing to say about this hotel. The pools are in good shape and super nice!
However:
We booked a "Luxury"-room...
- the bathroom door was broken and could not be closed
- the heating system was broken. The room temperature did not exceed 18 degrees during the entire stay
- there is no hook or anything similar to hang the towels. (Not that they would dry anyway in regard of the room temperature)
- the food is extremely overpriced compared to quality you ...
„It showed that we had free breakfast but we got there and there was no free breakfast the owner came up with some lame excuse so we were out of the pocket for breakfast every morning but yet online it shows that it comes with free breakfast it was included but some way he weasel the way to get us to pay for it“
