„We were very disappointed to find that our room was actually a smoking room ( even though the front desk promised that it wasn’t). The odor when we opened up the door was over powering. ( our cpap machines the next night at home even had the odor). The sofa in the room was gross, old, saggy and stained. The bathroom was very small and the sink was part of the kitchenette. You might ask why did we stay, the answer we could not find any other rooms in the area.“

„This is by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The room was absolutely disgusting: the carpet smelled heavily of urine and feces, and there were actual blood stains on the wall. The shower was incredibly dirty and foul-smelling. To make matters worse, people were openly smoking weed right at the main entrance, making the environment feel completely unsafe for a family. „Zimmer sehr gross und trotz der Nähe zur Autobahn sehr ruhig.“

„Sehr gutes Hotel, tolles Zimmer W-Lan langsam.“

„This was a newly renovated hotel with friendly and helpful staffers. At the bar and restaurant, delicious and interesting food and drinks were delivered by cool yet professional people. I know the hotel is in the home of the football hall of fame, but there is too much focus on sports. Football is on every television and the hotel’s public spaces look like a man cave.“

„The staff were friendly and very helpful. Exceptionally clean and comfy. Pool was a great temperature and clean. My only complaint was breakfast was almost all carbs and I'm gluten free eating. My grandkids liked it. Would stay there again.“

„Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel in New Philadelphia. We stayed here as a family and enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The room was in mint condition. Great BBQ restaurant next door and many other dining options nearby.“

„Their gym was in a terrible condition, most of the equipment broken. The carpet in the hallway was old and stained. Breakfast was lackluster. The room smelled of old smoke. The internet was abysmal.“

„Eine Nacht auf Rundreise. Tat gut, an der frischen Luft auf der Veranda zu sitzen. Schöner Pool, gute Aussicht über die Wiesen und Felder“

„The room was big and spacious. The little kitchenette in the room was a nice surprise. The breakfast was delicious.“

„Sauber und angemessen große Zimmer; tolles Personal“

„Nice place to stay.“

„Room 408 wreaks of cigarette smoke. Especially in the bathroom.“
