„We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. “

„Great location and beautiful view. Came with a friend to visit wineries, but this was also super convenient to historic Charlottesville and campus with easy access to 64. Appreciated the covered parking. Not somewhere I’d recommend to anyone who has trouble with multiple flights of stairs. But a very clean and comfortable stay!“

„We really enjoyed the home. It had all of the cooking essentials you could imagine. Quiet, serene, and relaxing. Tip: bring socks, as they request that you don't walk on the light colored carpet. They have tile also, so it wasn't a huge deal. We caught plenty of fish, too!!! Overall, we loved it!“

„The sunset sanctuary was the perfect location to stay at. It was perfect because the lake was shallow enough for the kids to stand and deep enough for adults to swim. Clean, functional, and beautiful! The house had many large living spaces for the family to gather, while also providing smaller locations ...

"Positiv: Valet Parking Team toller Einsatz, Service und Speisen in der Sportsbar Negativ: Verhalten der Rezeption beim Empfang. Danach hätten wir schon Abreisen können. So ein Umgang mit einem Kunden geht gar nicht! Sauberkeit: Haare der Vormieter in der Dusche. Schimmel ebenfalls in der Dusche Türe am Balkon war nicht gangbar und konnte nicht verschlossen werden. Frühstücksservice. Es ist scheinbar ein Fehler ein Frühstück hier zu buchen. Es hat lange gedauert bis wir klären konnten, dass 20 Dollar angerechnet werden bei einer Bestellung. Ein Frühstück ist dafür aber nahezu mit Steuern nicht zu erwerben in diesem versnobten Haus (Kaffee, 2 Toast mit Marmelade, 2 Eier und ein Orangensaft, was wir als normales Frühstück beschreiben würden, geht nicht). Kaffee dann kalt und abgestanden. Bedienung max. unfreundlich "
