"We are very disappointed.
When we arrived the apartment was nothing less than filthy. The toilet was not properly cleaned, the sheets were clammy, the towels only thrown in the beds and also in an unhygienic state. The electricity in the living room was not properly working the batteries of the remotes were missing so that the TV couldn't be turned on. The kitchen was dreadful. But worst of all it was icy cold and the heaters did not work. We were looking so forward to our stay and we're utterly disappointed to find the apartment in a state we never could have stayed in and immediately left. We were to disgruntled and disappointed to contact you on the weekend and didn't had the energy or the want to cloud or weekend any further to even bother to try and contact you. But since we didn't stay in the apartment (which is obvious and was also told to FeWo-Direkt) we want our money back. If you are not able to help us we will contact --------"
