„Wonderfull view, new room, fancy bathroom with ocean view ... free Netflix ...Perfect. Only the restaurant was closed because it was sunday.“

„Stayed just one night on way south. Place was fine, probably a bit old style and need of refreshment. However, room was very clean and everything was working. Location on in the middle of a parking lot and surrounded by streets doesn’t give a beach hi kissy feeling, but for our short stop over it was actually perfect . Town is a bit sleepy, everything closes at 9pm, hurry for your dinner ! “

„So the positives - the hotel itself was in a good location for what we needed, lovely friendly staff and the room was in excellent condition. The not so positive - the hotel uses the club facilities which was handy with restaurants etc close by and the pool if you wanted to but not quite the same as it being part of the hotel (and not a public pool etc). Wir buchten die Hotels von zu Hause aus sehr lange im Voraus und buchten später die Motels immer jeden Tag am Abend für den nächsten Tag bzw. für den nächsten Reisezielort per ipad (was meist gut klappte). „Urban King room modern,spacious & clean but unfortunately faces the car park..very unappealing. Next day Was upgraded to pool & lake view room..totally different feel. Lots of light and beautiful outlook. Would recommend lake or pool view room and definitely will book again. Restaurant had nice fresh food with a beach vibe & great bar..staff great“

„From the moment we arrived I knew it was going to be a very pleasant experience. The staff were super lovely. The hotel is new and absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious. The complimentary waters were a nice touch. The Brit’s water station outside was nice. The only thing that I could suggest is that the parking cost is included with the room fee as it’s not a cheap place to stay. “

„Das Zimmer war soweit sauber, nur sollte man etwas auf die Bettlaken achten. Die waren zwar frisch, aber fleckig und die Flecken 'gut versteckt'. Am Anzac Day gab es kostenloses Frühstück im 'Diggers Club' (gleich nebenan, mit direktem Hotelzugang), allerdings keine Auswahl; eine Art Rührei, gebratene Pilze, Würstchen und Bacon, ein mini Brötchen und Butter, wurden auf einem Papteller mit Wegwerfbesteck hingestellt - Kaffee war nicht inkludiert. „Neat and tidy room, very friendly staff and super quiet place to stay. Bathroom is very small, but great water pressure. Centrally located and easy to find. Make sure you bring your own toiletries. Its the little things that could be improved on like dusting skirting boards and making sure there is enough coffee and milk for the occupants for the duration of their stay“

„Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. “
