„The room was clean and tidy but the plug socket for the kettle and t.v. was loose and not properly attached to the wall. Also, the two bedside wall lights didn't work at all and one was hanging from the wall showing the wire.“

Sam was an amazing host - when there was an issue with the booking and I encountered issues trying to resolve it with the booking platform - she was helpful and reassuring. „Amazing Lodges with fantastic facilities and welcome packs that we didn't expect. Home from home.I left my phone in the lodge and I didn't realise until I was home. A lady found it and handed it in to the office. I called Hambleton when I got home and Ian said he would post it to me. If that's not going above and beyond I don't know what is. Well done team 👏 and a big thank you!!!We will definitely be back.“

„If your looking for peaceful off the beaten track lodgings ,then this is the place for you. My wife and I have really enjoyed our stay here.The bungalow is well equiped with everything you need. The surrounding area is good for bird watchers with hedgerows,open fields and skies. Not too far (15 mins) is Barnaby sands marsh where we enjoyed long walks as far as Knott end and beyond. Gareth our host was very freindly and nothing was too much trouble. “
