„This was our first time visiting Colonia Beach and staying at the River Edge Inn. The staff were friendly, professional and provided great ideas of things to do and see while in town. Shawna was amazing we really appreciated her and the rest of the staff who made us feel welcomed and comfortable.“

The only negative comment I had was that the waffle maker didn’t cook the waffle all the way with raw batter through most of it. But I enjoyed some of the other breakfast options. I had never visited Hague before and I enjoyed the town very much! “

„Excellent little getaway spot! The cabin is adorable, well-decorated, and well stocked with offline activities. The little AC unit really puts in work and we were never sweaty. The location does a great job of placing you in a perfect viewing location for birds, turtles, and butterflies. We were able to walk over to the winery fairly easily.“

„The cottage is an older structure that has been impeccably renovated. It had everything we needed for a week's stay. Colonial Beach is not a glamorous ocean holiday destination. It is a rural community with a basic infrastructure on the Potomac River.“

„We had the pleasure of staying here for a mini getaway. Just a couple of nights. Everything about it was perfect! The condo was spacious, clean, and the decor was lovely. The view of the river and pier was amazing and the patio was actually large enough to enjoy it (see photos). Most notably for me though was that the bed and pillows were so darn comfy! Best nights sleep in a while. The condo is located right next to (and on top of) a couple of restaurants, with others being within walking ...
