„Das Hotel gilt als gut. Ich hatte im Bad kein Licht oder nur eine grüne Lampe. Tovels fehlten. Dann bekam ich ein neues Zimmer. Dort lief der TV nicht und beim Berühren vom Lavabo fiel es von der Wand! Das wurde dann rasch geflickt aber es hinterlässt ein wenig gutes Gefühl für dieses Hotel. Andererseits ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!“

I was given room on the sixth (top) floor with a balcony and views looking out over Mt Elgon. It was a stunning view, and the room was very clean and had good amenities. The daily room service was excellent. I was very grateful and happy with my stay at Crane Suites in Kitale, and would go back again in a heart beat. “
