„We had a nice stay at this charming historic cottage while my daughter and her friend competed at the annual Millbrook Horse Trials over 4 days. The kitchen had everything needed plus they included some extras in the fridge such as filtered water, ice, coffee, etc. We loved to see the chickens running around too. We hope to return next year and book this same place once we have the dates!“

The house and property are lovely: the house is compact, cozy and well maintained with big sliding doors in the dining/ sitting areas that open to a wide deck with incredible views of the lawn, river and passing wildlife. (Cardinals, blue jays, heron, osprey and two magnificent bald eagles kept us company all summer long.) The two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs are all very comfy; there's a small office that made WFH possible and lots of amenities too - the ...
