„The access to the lake was deceiving. The path was overgrown and a couple of us fell on the way down. We drove the car around to leave. There wasn't really a path. it needs to be cleared out.“

„I appreciated the cleanliness of the property; big beautiful house with great yard and access to the river.I would have preferred a binder with info and check out information; I was uncomfortable with being asked to wash and dry the linens used prior to check out as we had 7 adults utilizing 4 rooms plus towels. It would have been preferred to leave in the laundry area.My advice: Add a binder with instructions!“

„Everything was amazing and Scott and Ina were very accommodating. We will be back again!!“

„The property is perfectly situated near the intersection of several major autoways. It is also beside a large shopping center and has excellent access to the Adirondacks. Aside from that, the host was extremely responsive and helpful and resolved all questions immediately. Finally, the property is very well equipped, and the host thoughtfully included many items that are rarely found in rental properties.“

„James was a wonderful host ! Very happy with our stay ! Described property very well . Thank you James !“

„The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was roomy and nice. It was in a nice area and ae felt safe. We arrived very late at 1 am and could not get in the apartment. Christopher responded promptly and was able to get us in even with it being so late. I would have given 5 stars but we bought and prepared a big meal for dinner and found out the oven did not work and had to scrap all of it.“

„Communication was fantastic. Small hiccup in our stay......self-imposed at that!. Less than 20 minutes issue was resolved and we were all set.“

„Everything was perfect! Quick response from host when we had questions. If you want a warm, cozy farmhouse, this is the place.“
